Minicoin brings IP RWA network to Creditcoin, launches $MINI sale with officially licensed minini IP

Minicoin, an intellectual property-focused real-world asset network built on Creditcoin, said its native token $MINI will be the first public sale project on PenguinSwap Launchpad. The team said the offering will use a public, fair-sale structure with no insider discount and market-based price discovery. Mini Labs, the company behind Minicoin, also said it has secured official authorization from IPX to use the minini IP. IPX owns the LINE FRIENDS IP portfolio, which the article says reaches more than 210 million LINE users globally and has over 31 million official LINE FRIENDS followers. The project argues that intellectual property is emerging as the next major RWA category after stablecoins, U.S. Treasuries, real estate and private credit. Minicoin’s design centers on minting each IP asset as a single NFT representing one complete and unique intellectual property right, with on-chain registration, smart contract-based royalty settlement in $MINI, micro-payments for creators and fans, and AI creation tools. The roadmap starts with stickers, expands to music rights, and later targets virtual IP such as virtual influencers. Minicoin also said users can gain eligibility for the upcoming $MINI Launchpad sale by playing the officially licensed game "minini universe: ROOM," leveling up, and minting a Soulbound Token on PenguinBase.
